Group Goals • Build community and decrease isolation • Learn grounding and stress-management skills • Reflect and share without pressure to disclose trauma • Support one another with empathy and curiosity • Protect emotional safety for all members

Group Expectations & Guidelines

1. Be Present: Arrive on time and minimize distractions.

2. Get Comfortable: Sit how you need, take breaks as needed.

3. Listen Deeply: Allow others to speak without interruption.

4. Speak Your Truth: Share your own experiences; no one is required to share deeply.

5. Share With Care: Avoid graphic or highly traumatic detail. Use the “1–10 Sharing Scale” (aim for 3–6, avoid 10-level content).

6. Confidentiality: Share only your own experience outside the group, not others’.
