Being an Adult is Hard Enough Don't carry it all alone
Perhaps you've been in therapy before or have tried to address these patterns on your own, but find yourself feeling like you haven't been able to get to the root of your trauma.
The persistent symptoms like anxiety, depression, overwhelm, and anger can interfere with your work, your family, and your life.
If you're ready to do the work of healing, but not quite sure where to go, it would be my honor to guide you on your journey.
A Unique Perspective
Growing up as a first-generation American, I navigated two distinct cultures: the familial, Spanish-speaking world centered on community, and the hustle of the Anglo world emphasizing individual achievement.
This dual upbringing taught me to blend the best of both cultures, which resulted in fostering a deep trust in my own intuition.
My passion for counseling stems from the joy I find in witnessing others' growth and healing. I am dedicated to making mental health topics accessible to everyone, ensuring quality support is not a luxury, but a right.
The blue butterfly symbolizes transformation, rebirth, freedom, and personal growth. It's a beautiful reminder of what can happen when clients move past trauma, release their burdens and find a new sense of freedom and joy.
